Online orders: returns must be made within 15 days of shipment date. You are responsible for return shipping.
Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions when applicable and original packaging. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list/receipt with all returns.
Special Order or Custom Made items (not stocked in store) are nonreturnable.
Returning/Exchanging defective items: If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective, or that is not the product you ordered, please call 800-942-6860 for an RMA # to return it to Oregon Motorcoach Center and we'll arrange for a replacement. We will cover all reasonable and customary shipping fees.
Defective Items: If an item is defective within 30 days from time of shipment you may return it to Oregon Motorcoach Center for an exchange. After 30 days, the item falls under the manufacturer's warranty and you must contact the manufacturer for repair/replacement. Once Oregon Motorcoach Center receives the defective item, we will inspect the item, we will promptly ship out a replacement at no charge to you.
Oregon Motorcoach Center reserves the right to determine if an item is defective or not. Any item deemed non-defective will be charged for shipping both ways and may incur up to a 20% restocking charge.
Batteries, Electrical, and Electronic items, including Converters/Inverters are not returnable.
Please note that refunds to credit cards can take up to 7 days, based on and subject to your bank's refund regulations.
